Do customers need another app?
No. Customers join on a branded web page and can save their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Your staff use FiveStar's approved checkout devices to confirm purchases and redeem rewards.
Which plan includes email campaigns?
Growth includes 2,000 emails per location each month, shared across campaigns and referrals, subject to sending limits and customer eligibility. Additional email capacity is available. Compare the current pricing page for the full plan allowances.
What if we want a different card?
Punch and Reward cards are supported today. Membership, Discount and the other proposed card programmes are available to discuss. Send an enquiry so we can confirm requirements and availability before you pay.
