Which plan includes email campaigns?
Growth includes email campaigns with 2,000 emails per location each month, shared with referral emails, plus AI automation and inactive-customer reminders. Core does not include campaign email; its optional referral add-on has a separate referral-email allowance.
Can I email everyone who has a card?
No. A Wallet card or customer record alone is not email marketing permission. A current merchant-specific promotional opt-in and sending eligibility are required.
Can I add sending capacity?
An extra 2,000 emails per location per month costs NZ$10 + GST. Core requires the referral add-on for this capacity; Growth uses it for campaigns and referrals.
