Customer engagement

Make it easy to share an honest experience.

After a confirmed purchase, invite customers to leave a Google review through a simple link. Their review is optional and separate from their loyalty reward.

Included in every plan. Reviews are written on Google; link clicks do not establish published reviews.

Google review requests

A clear invitation. An honest review.

Ask at a useful moment

The purchase confirmation gives customers a clear route to your Google review page.

Keep the choice theirs

Customers decide whether to leave a review. Rewards are not tied to a positive review.

Understand link activity

Review-request and link-click activity helps you see how customers use the invitation.

How it works

Three steps. One clear next action.

01

Connect your review link

Use the Google review destination for your business.

02

Confirm the purchase

Staff confirm an eligible sale, then the customer can see the review invitation.

03

Let customers choose

The customer follows the link and writes their review on Google if they wish.

Your questions

A few things to know.

Is this included in every plan?

Yes. Google review requests are included in Core and Growth.

Does FiveStar collect the Google review itself?

Customers write their reviews on Google. FiveStar provides the invitation and measures supported request and link-click activity; a click is not proof that a review was published.

Does the customer need to leave a positive review?

No. Leaving a review is optional, and their loyalty reward does not depend on the rating or on submitting a review.
