Can we use this for patient records?
FiveStar manages a customer loyalty programme. It is not a clinical record system. Keep medical information in your existing practice systems.
Do customers need another app?
No. Customers join on a branded web page and can save their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Your staff use FiveStar's approved checkout devices to confirm purchases and redeem rewards.
What if we want a different card?
Punch and Reward cards are supported today. Membership, Discount and the other proposed card programmes are available to discuss. Send an enquiry so we can confirm requirements and availability before you pay.
