Agreed around your business

What’s included

We start with your website and goals, then agree the priorities. A focused review, implementation project or ongoing programme can cover these areas.

01

Search baseline and technical review

Indexation, site structure, templates, performance, structured data and measurement checked for material issues.

02

Customer-intent map

Commercial questions and research needs grouped into a page and content plan without manufacturing thin query variants.

03

On-page improvement

Titles, headings, copy structure, internal links and calls to action refined around a clear page purpose.

04

Useful content development

Original service, guide or comparison content built with input from the people who have relevant subject expertise.

05

Local and entity alignment

Core business details, service relevance and supporting profiles reviewed for consistency and clarity.

06

Measurement and review

Organic visibility, landing-page behaviour and meaningful actions reviewed so priorities can change with evidence.

Our own content / Practical example

Useful answers to a specific customer need.

Our Google Business Profile checklist turns a broad topic into specific checks a business owner can work through. It’s an example of useful search content with a clear purpose and supporting sources.

A first-party content example. It is not a claim of ranking or traffic gains.

Inside the guide

Google Business Profile checklist

  • Business details and service information
  • Customer reviews and useful updates
  • A clear next step to your website

Practical checks, explanations and links to Google’s guidance.

Our own implementation / Measurement

Check the evidence before drawing conclusions.

Problem found

Our analytics script loaded, but its command queue used the wrong format. An empty report could not tell us whether visitors were reaching the site.

Change made

We corrected the queue and added consented page views for navigation between pages. Confirmed enquiries remain separate from contact and onboarding clicks.

Evidence checked

A browser test loaded the real Google script and intercepted its requests: no collection before consent, then one page view per visited page, without query values. This verifies measurement behaviour, not a traffic increase.

From first conversation to useful work

How it works

Bring your website, priority services and service area. With access to your search and analytics accounts, we establish a baseline. Your knowledge of customer questions and enquiry quality guides the work.

  1. 01

    Establish the baseline

We examine current visibility, indexation, competitors, content and tracking before deciding what deserves attention.

  2. 02

    Prioritise the opportunity

Technical fixes, page improvements and new content are ordered by business value, effort and available evidence.

  3. 03

    Implement with subject input

Changes combine search research with accurate expertise from your business rather than generic generated copy.

  4. 04

    Measure and refine

Search data, site behaviour and qualified actions inform the next cycle; early assumptions are allowed to change.

A scope and quote before work starts

Your goals, the condition of your website, available access and content needs shape the quote. We agree the work and review schedule, with focused projects and ongoing support scoped separately.

What we’ll measure

We agree a baseline for relevant search visibility, organic traffic and enquiries. Results are reviewed alongside competition and your team’s lead feedback, rather than judging progress from one ranking.

Useful questions

Can we buy SEO without a new website?

Yes. SEO is a standalone service. We review your existing website and prioritise technical, content and local search improvements. If the platform limits a particular fix, we explain the options before recommending additional work.

How is SEO work priced?

We quote the agreed scope after reviewing your website, search goals, available access and content needs. A focused review or implementation project can be scoped separately from ongoing work. The quote makes the priorities, costs and review schedule clear before work begins.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Search results vary by query, location, competition and ongoing system changes. We can explain the work, measure progress and improve the factors within our control, but we will not guarantee a position.

Do you create SEO content?

Yes, when the business can provide the facts, examples and subject input needed to make it genuinely useful. We use research to shape the page, then write original content rather than republishing generic material.

How will SEO performance be measured?

We agree useful measures such as relevant search visibility, organic traffic and enquiries. Your team’s follow-up helps identify qualified leads. Search systems need time to reassess changes, so progress is reviewed over the agreed schedule.

Do we need ongoing SEO?

Some technical and structural improvements can be delivered as a project. Ongoing work is appropriate when competition, content opportunities, changing services or local visibility require regular attention.
